Press-One, a multi-channel contact center specializing in providing companies and government entities with an outsourced solution for U.S. based customer engagement has been selected as the customer service vendor for Warren Buffet’s Omaha based Berkshire Hathaway!
Press-One’s President, Andy Orr, detailed the selection process this way, “After a rigorous vetting process, nearly two years of meetings and emails and negotiations, I am extremely proud to announce that Berkshire Hathaway chose us!” Orr explained that the selection process was the among the most rigorous and meticulous that he could remember. “Berkshire Hathaway is extremely committed to cyber security and focused greatly on the lengths that Press-One goes to in order to secure consumer data. I think that was the difference. Our new facility and its infrastructure was designed and built to go beyond PCI and HIPAA requirements. The folks at Berkshire Hathaway seemed to key in immediately on our commitment to security. Our goals aligned and we were able to strike a deal.”
The addition of Berkshire Hathaway to Press-One’s client roster should eventually provide 50-60 full-time positions in Press-One’s Colorado based contact centers.
